This project has a total of 9 million BTU. Each boiler is 3000 MBH RBI Water Heaters model MB3000 Futera XLF series.

The boilers stand 60” high and 29 ½” wide each and pack a punch at 88.7% highest efficiency.

The building has a total of 300 Suites and these boilers are providing heating and domestic hot water.
